This course is designed to give a more in-depth look at how dive equipment works. It will cover general repairs and maintenance of various types of exposure suits, BCD’s, regulators, and other accessories.

Student Prerequisites:

 

• Minimum age 18, 10 with parental consent. 

​

There are NO dives required for this course.

​

Students are encourage to bring their own gear in order for them to better familiarize themselves with their gear.

NOTE: This course is only for familiarization of gear and how to perform basic care and maintenance of your equipment. THIS DOES NOT CERTIFY YOU TO PERFORM SERVICE ON YOUR EQUIPMENT. You should always seek out a qualified service technician to perform proper maintenance and annual service.
